Can I store my Pet's information in my account?
Currently you can only update your personal information for online orders. Pet information may be added at a later date.
I've forgotten my password. How can I reset it?
No problem at all! Click here to reset your password.
Enter your email address and we’ll send you an email with simple instructions on resetting your password.
Where can I view my past orders?
Once you have signed into your Salty Seahorse account, you can find your order history in the left hand menu.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the order has been placed, we are unable to amend the items in your order.
Once the order has been picked and packed by our warehouse teams, we are unable to cancel the order.
Should you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team to see if this is a possibility.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer secure payment options via Visa, Mastercard & Paypal.
Salty Seahorse accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Sensitive credit card payment details are never stored on our website or within our internal database system. All payment details are securely transmitted through an encrypted gateway in real time to our banking partner Paypal.
PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including PayPal balance, bank account, PayPal branded debit and credit cards, PayPal Credit, debit card, and credit card.

What are your shipping and delivery timeframes?
Standard shipping
All standard shipping is sent via Australia Post.
We aim to have orders packed within 1-2 business days.
Your order is expected to be delivered in 2-5^ business days within Metro areas. Regional destinations may take up to 7^ business days.
Where do Salty Seahorse deliver to?
Salty Seahorse currently ships orders to mainland Australia and Tasmania only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Can I change the delivery address on my order after I’ve placed it?
If your order has already been processed and dispatched it cannot be altered.
If you have just placed your order and realise you have made an error please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery options
Standard Shipping
All our standard shipping is sent via Australia Post.
We aim to have orders packed within 1-2 business days and orders are expected to be delivered in 2-5^ business days within Metro areas. Regional destinations may take up to 7^ business days
Standard shipping cost – Free shipping over $50
- Orders under $50 – Calculated at checkout based on the delivery location Australia wide.
- Orders over $50 – Include free shipping to most major metropolitan regions.
Free Shipping will automatically be calculated on your cart upon reaching a value of $50.00.
Free shipping may not be valid with other discounts or offers and excludes gift cards and coupons.
Can I have my order delivered if I will not be home?
Yes, you can. At the checkout, you will be given the option to leave a comment in the checkout to leave your package in a safe place if you are not home when it is delivered.
In some cases, if you have given authority to leave the Courier may still deem the location “not suitable for safe drop”. This is the discretion of the Courier driver at the point of delivery.
If there is no safe place to leave the parcel, a notification card will be left at the delivery address advising that the parcel can be collected from a nearby Post Office.
Please note: When you select Authority to Leave as an option at checkout, you accept full responsibility and Salty Seahorse cannot be held liable if your order goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier.

Can I ship my order to an international address?
We only ship Australia wide and do not offer international shipping at this time.
